This internship will provide undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources or a related field with the unique opportunity to engage in a global HR policy alignment project while supporting day-to-day HR activities. Working closely with an HR Business Partner, the intern will contribute to aligning and harmonizing global HR policies and handbooks, as well as gaining valuable exposure to HR processes and labor laws across multiple regions. By the end of the internship, the intern will have helped create a shared policy repository that fosters a unified "OneCS" working environment. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following:_ + Collaborate with global HR team members, stakeholders, and leaders to identify HR policies that qualify for global alignment and harmonization. + Research and identify relevant legal and labor-related laws and regulations across different regions. + Present qualifying policies for alignment and harmonization to relevant leaders and stakeholders for approval. + Assist in the process of organizing and storing policies using approved document control procedures. + Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. + Help in the preparation and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events. + Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation. + Provide general administrative support for HR projects and activities as needed. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Rising junior or senior in a Bachelor's Degree program, majoring in Human Resources, or related field. + Strong interest in global HR policies, labor laws, and cross-cultural collaboration. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to thrive in a proactive, team-oriented environment with a strong desire to learn and contribute. + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Primary Location** : US-NJ-Lebanon **Job Type** : HR **Req ID:** 250001E
