Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration
At Parker’s Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime.
The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe.
The IPF Division needs an energetic HR Intern seeking to gain experience in one or more human resources disciplines, to assist our HR Generalists with projects and initiatives for the division. This will be a great opportunity to work on key business objectives and learning and development activities.
+ Provide functional support for the location as part of the plant HR team
+ Participate in both targeted projects and broader programmatic initiatives related to HR in support of business objectives
+ Apply continuous improvement measures and methods to help create efficient HR service delivery
+ Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including onboarding, retention, and engagement
+ Collaborate as part of recognition, community outreach, and engagement high performance teams
+ Maintain strong, positive employee relations through interactions with all levels of the organization
+ Perform these and all other duties as assigned
Education Required: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or related field.
