Essential Functions
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects related to Sustainable Employability.
o Participate in organizing and executing events and training sessions.
o Coordinate communication around all the Sustainable Employability activities.
o Administrate costs and internal hours for subsidy purposes
Education and Experience
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related field
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
