Internship Program: 

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 12-week summer internship program. As an intern with American Modern, you will gain practical experience, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a valued intern with our Strategy Department, you will be monitoring, tracking, and communicating strategic initiatives, preparing written communications and presentation materials, as well as supporting organizational change management efforts. 
 
This experience will provide unique, hands-on experience and development opportunities, with exposure to senior leadership.   

 

Tracking status of strategic initiatives and updates to senior leadership action plans. 

Assisting with preparation of presentations and other internal communications. 

Conducting research and subsequent analysis of findings on various strategic topics. 

Supporting ongoing organizational change management efforts. 

Interacting with individuals across multiple departments, including senior leaders. 
 

Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or graduate’s degree, open to all disciplines but preferably Business-related or Organizational leadership/Management/Strategy. 

Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks. 

Prior internship experience in corporate setting. 

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs in real-time. 

Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to and/or lead project teams. 

Open to learning new things, curious by nature. 

Experience interacting with individuals across multiple levels of reporting including senior leaders. 

Strong oral and written communication skills. 

Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 

Authorized to work in the United States of America. 

Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week.
