In this role you will:
Support daily operations with Siemens Mobility’s People & Organisation Business Partner team. Develop a broad understanding of P&O analytics and processes. Participate in initiatives such as our Intern and Graduate program, remuneration review, onboarding, and more. Provide support to the HR Business Partner in daily operational activities. Learn HR analytics skills through various systems and reporting.We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
Requirements:
Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline. Valid visa to work in Australia. Self-motivated and driven with an eagerness to learn and develop. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Why you’ll love working for Siemens Mobility:
