On en Roche

It is a 2-year accelerated development program that will allow you to grow personally and professionally while gaining experience in the areas of Marketing and Sales. You will have the follow-up and support of our team to ensure a learning and exposure route that will allow you to fully understand our business and the impact we have on patients in Spain.

What do you need?

●        Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy…), Bachelor of Engineering (Biomedical, Biotechnology…)

●        Ideally also be at the disposal of an official Postgraduate/Master's degree

●        Fluent, spoken and written English level (desirable B2).

●        We are looking for candidates from all over Spain with geographical mobility throughout the program according to the rotation assigned. (At least one of the rotations will be in our offices in Sant Cugat)

●        You want to learn and start working in a field where you will make a difference in people’s health and quality of life.

What do we offer you?

- Join the Marketing and Sales teams over 24 months to improve the customer experience by reinforcing the technical expertise of the commercial teams and supporting the development of end-to-end solutions and all marketing support resources throughout the customer lifecycle

- In On en Roche we hope you can develop technical knowledge around the hospital and diagnostics market with a focus on market strategy. As well as the development of critical competencies for our business, such as data analysis, strategic vision, teamwork, and negotiation.

To be considered before applying:

-Type of contract: internship for two years -full-time temporary contract 39 hours a week, different from university agreements

-100% availability and also mobility.

-Recently graduated profiles -no more than 3 years as indicated by law- with bachelor's and/or official master's degrees.
