Job Type: Fixed Term – 1 year
Hours: Full time (40 hours; 5 days per week) + contribution to out of hours rota (nights and weekends)

Your role and responsibilities
The position is for one year with a fixed-term contract of employment. You will be part of the internal medicine team which consists of four ECVIM/ACVIM diplomates and two residents in internal medicine. You will be involved in all aspects of clinical work within internal medicine, which will include but is not restricted to:
· Assist and direct the admission, care and monitoring of patients
· Liaise between disciplines and departments (internal and external)
· You will take part in the out-of-hours rota

You need to be a highly motivated self-starter with:
· The ability to work as part of a team and individually
· An inclination to learn, and develop your skills
· A desire to provide the best clinical service to all our patients and clients
You must fulfil the following requirements:
· Completed a recognised rotating internship, ideally in the UK, for 1 year or currently undertaking a rotating internship and been in this role for at least 6 months
· Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
· Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work
· Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK
· MRCVS registered (or eligible)
