Intern in Lean Management Production Coordination (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern in lean management production coordination (f/m/d) for 9-12 months at Endress+Hauser. You will help to make our lean management coordination more efficient and contribute to the further development of our network. Our production at the Reinach site is continuously growing – now we are increasingly relying on structured lean strategies to optimize standards and further expand best practices.

Then this position is perfect for you! You will support our lean team and help to drive the coordination and implementation of overarching topics such as visions, strategies and operational optimizations.

 

What tasks will you perform?

You will:

further develop and improve structures and standards in a dynamic environment. support the coordination of the lean team. actively participate in lean assessments, kaizen and shop floor management. support lean representatives in production with their onboarding and training program.


What do we expect from you?

You:

are studying industrial engineering, business administration or a similar course of study (from the 5th semester) or are a career starter. work carefully, independently and are flexible. have strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility. are open to new ideas and are highly motivated to learn. are fluent in German and English. have knowledge of the MS Office package and SharePoint.
