The PositionYou will support Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) Strategy and Portfolio Management in developing, implementing and continuously refining the RSS strategy by providing insights, analyses and supporting the development of strategic roadmaps and actionable recommendations. In addition, you will take an active part in ensuring that the strategic value of project portfolio management is visible and understood in all areas of RSS.

About the Responsibilities
Support strategic planning conversations and deliverables in close collaboration with the Strategy team by assessing individual unit and overall RSS needs, collecting best practices, trends and developing respective reports and presentations as well as driving the development and delivery of key strategic assets (e.g. OKRs)
Support the team by assisting in the creation of reports and presentations on relevant topics for both RSS and Roche senior stakeholder boards
Support key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the organization
Support project portfolio strategic fit, relevance, accuracy, timeliness and consistency via analyses and reports or appointing responsibilities where needed
Support further product enhancements of our newly implemented portfolio management dashboard in Tableau (e.g. support the collection and prioritization of business requirements)
Collaborate with the team to further drive transparency on operational portfolio management
Actively manage and prioritize team tasks, deadlines and deliverables
Apply business theories into practice, improving our methodology and allowing for best practices sharing
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve own knowledge and skills
About you
You are currently enrolled pursuing a Master's degree in business administration, business analytics, management or related fields or have completed your studies (Bachelor or Master) within the last 12 months
First working experience in a multinational, multicultural corporate environment
Strategic- and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to comprehend and detail out strategic implications to the various RSS units and key stakeholders
Ability to support the development and communication of strategies across different levels of granularity and supported by data and relevant quantifications
Excellence in developing concise, fact-based presentations with clear storylines tailored to different audiences with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Confidently managing ambiguity and developing competency in leadership
Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills as well as first experience in (senior) stakeholder management
First experience in relevant management models, portfolio methodologies and data analysis, with a preference for experience in a Roche setting
Display of a lean and agile mindset as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
Data analytics and business intelligence capabilities are a plus

We drive the overall RSS strategic planning and manage the organization's portfolio and prioritization, ensuring a cohesive approach across all business units and fostering alignment with financial targets. Through our work, we enable RSS to navigate its strategic course, ensuring our efforts contribute significantly to Roche's 10 year ambitions.
