ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our internship program gives you an excellent opportunity to gain valuable practical experience to complement your academic pursuits. We can tailor our internship calendar to coincide with your summer break. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the summer of 2025 and will be projected to graduate in the Fall/Winter of 2025 or Spring of 2026.

This role will require the intern to be onsite at our Fort Worth, TX location.

Job Summary:

The intern will assist our NADC engineering, project management, and planning team in analysis, time study, and simple project work to gain business understanding. Individual will be assigned at least 1 "more complex" project which they lead, has a business need, and will largely be able to complete within their time at the NADC.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time studies and standard work measurement to support the operations biggest areas of needAnalyze data for our full-time engineers on staffAssist in floor layout and 6s work activity as neededBe a resource for our project management team - likely in the annual sales sample and pack out project space

Required Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

At least 1 full year of undergrad in a field of engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Ability to analyze data

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

Prior internship experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment is a plus.Desire to be in the IE field is also a plus.
