Your Role: 

We offer you the opportunity to gain insight into the work of a leading internal consultancy. As a member of the Inhouse Consulting Team, you will support challenging projects across our sectors Electronics, Healthcare and Life Science as well as our Enabling Functions. This role involves navigating complex problems and requires a high level of motivation and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Your involvement will focus on projects aimed at talent development and business consulting. You will have the chance to contribute your ideas and experience a stimulating work environment. We encourage you to take on responsibilities early in your internship and look forward to supporting your career development in alignment with your aspirations. 

 

Who You Are: 

Education: You are an advanced student (Master's or Ph.D.) in natural science, engineering, or business, with a demonstrated record of academic excellence 

Experience: You have gained first professional experience, such as an internship with a strong business connection (e.g., consulting, strategy). This experience is expected to be related to one of our company's sectors 

Skills: You possess strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrated through previous projects or coursework. You have the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present findings clearly. You are proactive and reliable, with a proven track record of taking initiative in problem-solving situations 

Technical Proficiency: You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with additional data analytics tools is a plus 

Language Proficiency: You have C1 level or equivalent proficiency in English, with the ability to write professional reports and deliver presentations. Proficiency in German or another language is a plus. you can effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals 

 

Duration: 3 months, starting June 2025. A valid work permit is required for the internship
