Job TitleIntern - IT Domain Specialist

Job Description

Your role:

1. Provide 1st line support in solving problems and complaints in terms of IT service & solutions, and handle the escalation to the 2nd line support teams either China or global

2. Updating IT applications and environments as required, both hardware and software, in cooperation with other IT domains and global IT or Suppliers

3. Organize training for end users on IT applications and its relevant environment, provide advice in the use of relevant technologies

4. IT application deploy & implementation for different user communities as required

5. Work closely with other IT domains such as IT Infra and IT Security to ensure comprehensive and robust end to end service solutions are delivered to the user communities.

Bachelor above degree in IT or software development or software engineeringProactive behaviors and ability to quick learn/grow in a complex environment Familiar with applications like GitHub, MS ADSFamiliar with operation system like Windows, Linux OS, and basic network knowledgeLanguage skills: Chinese and English, in speech and writingAble to attend 3 days per week and duration 3 months at least.
