Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT   

Servicing end-users at the TechBarTroubleshooting basic computer or account issues preventing the end-user from completing their workMaintaining existing processes and requirements for tickets and reporting of issuesResolving basic hardware issues, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting users with account limitationsContribute to the operations of the IT infrastructure within the campus, including but not limited to system patching, cabling, printer installation and maintenance, as well as asset tagging and tracking.Speciality projects to test skills in a work environment

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE  

Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internshipMust have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8Able to work 25+ hours per week during normal business hours (Monday – Friday)Degree focusing in computer science, business information systems or related fieldBasic knowledge of computer and mobile device hardwareFamiliarity with common software products such as: Windows 10(11), MacOS, IOS, Microsoft Office 365 and Internet Browsers (Edge/Chrome)Strong communications skillsWell organized and ability to work autonomously
