Your tasks

Support of our international project and leadership teams in various projects in the areas of transformation, strategy implementation and change management. Collaboration in the design and implementation of change management measures. Assistance in the organization of workshops and training sessions. Preparation of presentations, documents and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups. Research work for concepts or new, innovative cultural transformation formats . Direct support with design & rollout rounds off your topic area.

 

Your profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in the area of business administration or related course of study. Strong interest in topics such as corporate strategy, organizational development and change management. Fluent language skills in English.  Experience in using common MS Office tools are a must. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good analytical and conceptual skills. Structured, independent way of working.
