We set guidelines for\noccupational health and safety (OHS) within DHL Group.We develop improvement\nstrategies for occupational health and safety (OHS) - in cooperation with the\nOHS Committee.We monitor and support\nthe implementation of OHS processes in the divisions.We represent the OHS\nCommittee on the OPS Board.

Your tasks

You will support the\nCorporate OHS team in the international day-to-day business, but mainly through\nyour own project for the further development of a maturity self-assessment.\nThis includes the design of an intuitive user interface, the development of an\noverall concept and the consolidation of existing templates/approaches - partly\nin cooperation with colleagues from different divisions around the world. In\nthis context, you will take part in global calls, meetings and workshops\n(including travel if required).

Your profile

Advanced degree (BA/MA)\nin the fields of economics, psychology, business psychology,          occupational health and safety, business\ninformatics or similarAn appetite for\nchallenging tasks and taking on responsibilityStrong analytical\nskills as well as a methodical and structured way of workingVery good language\nskills in German and EnglishPC skills in MS Office,\nespecially ExcelRelevant practical\nexperience is an advantageVery independent,\nmotivated and reliable approach
