Title: Smart Manufacturing Automation - Labour Productivity Improvement

Description: In Smart Manufacturing, Micron uses innovative tools and software to improve the way we work with a focus on automation and smart reports to replace conventional methods. The relentless drive to improve productivity enables Micron to achieve market leadership in the industry today.

Scope: The student will be introduced to Tool UI software and Tableau reports with customized fault detection analytics, where he/she will also learn equipment operations that merge with these platforms. In the course of work to improve productivity, the student will have opportunities to work with engineers in cross functional teams, gain equipment experience in a dynamic environment and exchange knowledge through peer sharing.

Deliverables: Create engineering solutions to improve weekly labour productivity by 7 hours (Stretch - 14 hours) through available platforms without compromising safety, product quality, output and cost.
