The program also features additional opportunities for mentorship, networking, career & professional development, job shadowing, and exposure to senior and executive leaders. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as required by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation. **Education** + Currently pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D degree in: Theology, Spirituality, Ethics or related fields **Work Experience** **2 years of experience in a service-oriented position working with the public (food service, health care, student services, education, etc.).
