What is Intern MOCS – CASH Services Team responsible for?The Intern performs the daily/weekly work in accordance with current require
ments and procedures to ensure that all the cash management and projection tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The scope of work covers mainly Luxembourg, US and Canadian mutual and institutional accounts.
Daily tasks cover e.g. preparing various cash management/projection reports for portfolio managers, active monitoring of overdrafts and long balances, instructing FX spot deals whenever required.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?Knowledge, education, and experience:
Current student status,
Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook) is viewed favourably,
Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written),
Ability to work 25-30 hours per week.
Skills and abilities:
Strong analytical and organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ability to work with deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility throughout all aspects of the individual’s daily work, specifically during disaster recovery periods.
Ability to learn quickly.
Problem solving and decision making:
Ability to analyze problems and determine and/or recommend resolutions.
Ability to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity, even when there is no formal pre-approved procedure or instruction.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Work under very general supervision; work is reviewed for accuracy.
