Are you aware of the risks involved with models and want experience with mitigating it? Are you ready to develop a model validation plan and contribute to the success of not only the enterprise, but your career? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for candidates for the following areas: Model Validation Model Risk Management Qualifications Must be a current student pursuing a Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or related field with at least one semester remaining at start of internship. Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders. Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently or in a team setting. Previous internships and coding experience considered a plus (ex. SAS, R, or Python) Working Conditions: Must be able to commit to work 40 hours for 11 consecutive weeks during the summer (5/21/2025-8/8/2025) Must participate in all GMF sponsored events for interns.
