Intern - Multi Channel Marketing

Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. 

 

Location:  Parsippany, NJ
Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks 

How you’ll spend your day

•    During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the MCM (Multi-Channel Marketing) Operations department.
•    Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
•    You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the US Commercial Operations business unit.
•    This role will support projects in MCM Digital team supporting Website Optimization, UX Design and Search Optimization plus other MCM related projects.


o    Support Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.
o    Content Advertising: Assist with content advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
o    UX Design Support: Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces and improving user experience on digital platforms.
o    Website Optimization: Support efforts to enhance website performance, including SEO and usability improvements.
o    Search Optimization: Assist in optimizing content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
o    Project Support: Provide support for various digital projects, including tagging efforts, web development process improvements, and more.
o    Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data from digital campaigns and website performance to provide actionable insights.
 

Your experience and qualifications

•    Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
•    Digital Marketing Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
•    Experience: Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, content advertising, and UX design.
•    Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and web analytics tools.
•    Design Skills: Basic knowledge of UX design principles and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
•    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve digital marketing efforts.
•    Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
