Job Description Provide support on surveillance and first level maintenance of North Luzon access network

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring network alarms and identfying potential issues.Support the team in troubleshooting network incidents and escalating critical issues.Help document network issues, resolutions, and reports.Collaborate with engineers and field teams to ensure smooth network operations.Learn and utilize telecom network monitoring tools.
