JR60302 Intern - NTI NAND Process Integration (CMOS)DescriptionMicron Technology Inc. is offering an exceptional opportunity for an Intern - NAND CMOS Process Integration in our Singapore Technology Development department. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the next generation of 3D NAND CMOS devices development, scaling and enhancing their performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Designing experiments (DOE) to improve CMOS yield, performance, and reliability.Extracting and analyzing inline, probe, parametric, reliability, and other critical metrics to predict the future behavior of CMOS device performance. This will enable early innovative solutions to meet product and device specifications.Introducing, characterizing, and validating new CMOS device models and test structures for the development of future NAND products.Conducting 3-dimensional analysis using K2 view to extract layout information and combine it with the doping profiles of each implant step for product development and integration solutions.Collaborating with TCAD, modeling, and layout teams to drive clearer definition of CMOS device and reliability improvements across multiple tech-nodes and designs.Documenting and communicating plans, status, and results of R&D projects through written reports and presentations, including the analysis and interpretation of data.Qualifications:Open for Postgrad students (Master and PhD).Coursework or experience in electrical engineering, preferably specialized in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Device Physics.Strong preference for experience or coursework in Data Science, programming, statistics, and data analysis.Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.Solid data analysis, communication, and reporting abilities with demonstrated presentation skills.Ability to work well in groups.Good analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation).Working Location:
