JR59381 Intern - NTI Photolithography Process Development EngineerAs an Intern - NTI Photolithography Process Development Engineer in the NAND Technology Integration (NTI) at Micron Technology, you will have a unique opportunity to work on projects that are at the forefront of current and future semiconductor manufacturing technology advancement. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the development of next generation memory and storage solutions. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will be working closely with engineers in Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, Wet Process, and other process areas to drive innovation and deliver world-class solutions.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Design of experiments (DOE) in chemical process specific to lithography, including materials for 365, 248, and 193 nm lithography.
· Plan and run experiments in semiconductor cleanroom using state-of-the-art technology.
· Analyze image and/or data through programming and data processing software. Data may include critical dimension, registration, cross section etc.
· Document and communicate plans, status, and results of R&D projects in written reports and presentations, including the analysis and interpretation of data.
Qualifications:
· Open for Postgrad students (Master or PhD students)
· Coursework or experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
· Data Science, programming experience, and coursework/experience in statistics and data analysis are strongly preferred.
· Capable of working independently and to complete projects in a timely manner.
· Ability to work well in groups.
· Good analytical skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation).
