Intern or thesis student - Quality Strategy Implementation Support (m/f/x)
What's the role?


Support the Head of Quality at Hilti to implement the new Quality strategy on a global level. Your role would be to outline new concepts e.g. supplier development or setting up a new Quality academy and conduct workshops with members of management.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability (ideally April/May), duration of 5-6 months

What does the role involve?

As intern in our department you’ll be part of the global Hilti quality management team. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop new quality concepts, supplier quality development or quality courses.

Your key responsibilities will be to organize and moderate workshop with members of management and experts. Furthermore you'll develop new concepts in quality (cost-of-non-quality tracking, root-cause analyses, quality supplier development, people development) as well as setting up measurements and reporting of strategy implementation progress.

What you need is:

Enrollment for the whole internship period in a Bachelor program in Administration and / or Mech. Eng. Student (4th semester onward) Affinity to conceptional work (e.g. internal consultancy work) Good moderation skills and powerpoint required A strategic approach and good problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
