You will gain valuable experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM systems, learning about various HR processes, global HR policies, and local legislative requirements in Europe. This internship will provide hands-on experience in validating, testing, and configuring HR-related functionalities within the Oracle Cloud system. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following:_ **Support Global Rollout:** + Assist with the implementation of new Redwood pages, Absences, and Time and Labor modules in Oracle HCM Cloud for European regions. + Provide support in ensuring smooth integration and functionality of the new systems as they are rolled out. **Learn HR Processes:** + Develop foundational knowledge of various HR processes (e.g., employee absences, time tracking, payroll, etc.) across different countries in Europe. + Assist in testing and validating HR-related workflows within Oracle Cloud. **Understand Legislative and Compliance Requirements:** + Gain an understanding of the key global HR policies and country-specific legislative requirements related to HR and payroll in Europe. + Learn how Oracle Cloud is configured to comply with different countries’ legal requirements and assist in ensuring proper configurations are in place. **Assist in Testing and Validation:** + Support in testing new system features and processes, ensuring that they work as expected for different HR functions. + Report any issues or inconsistencies you encounter during testing and assist with troubleshooting. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program for Computer Science/Information Technology + Excellent communication, interpersonal skills - written and verbal + Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work + Strong computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Primary Location** : US-NJ-Lebanon **Job Type** : HR **Req ID:** 250001G
