As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Intern/Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver a World-Class Customer Experience. About This Role This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for real-world experience in a fast-growing SaaS company while balancing an internship or part-time role. This role can be structured as either an internship or a part-time position, depending on your experience and availability. Location: This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota. ⏳ Hours: 35 hours per week Compensation: $18/hour What You'll Do (Jobs to Be Done) ✔ Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone. ✔ Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking. ✔ Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team. ✔ Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs. ✔ Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience.
