Project Description:

Establish and improve process condition and technology.Upgrade process or system capability and improve productivity. Establish and modify process management projects and systems.Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues

Scope: ​

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.​  Learn to operate and monitor process and equipment performance, perform wafers disposition to ensure consistency  to specifications and standard.​Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement process improvements, quality defense line enhancement and SOPs optimization.​

Deliverable: 

Able to support routine operation tasks, perform at least 1 continuous improvement projects/TPM.​

Impact: 

You will innovate to improve the wafer cycletime and operational efficiency to the next level.

Skillsets required:

• Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
• Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). 
• Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be advantageous.

 

Course:

• Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent
