Search for academic literature on research topics of interest and conduct literature reviewsCollaborate with Organisational Scientists to design research models and surveys with validated item scales to measure critical aspects of the employee experienceAnalyse survey and people data and summarise research findingsDevelop and maintain a research item pool

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Currently a full-time graduate student in a Master or PhD program; we only consider students in the field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Work and Occupational Psychology), Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource ManagementWilling to commit to the intern position for at least three months, with the possibility of a longer internship available, and able to commit at least 24 hours a week, remote or on-siteHave good knowledge and hands-on experience on psychometrics and research methods in psychologyFamiliar with statistical programming (i.e., R or Python) is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWilling to learn and get hands-on experienceProficient in English in academic and applied settings
