JR63631 INTERN - PIE PROCESS INTEGRATION(PI)

Department: Product Integration Engineering (PIE), Process Integration (PI)

 Project Title: NAND transistor quality guardband through CMOS inline and final electrical parametric performance troubleshooting and improvement

 

Project Description: This internship aims to provide the training and learning experience on the advanced NAND transistor formation process as well as electrical parametric testing mechanism and layout/structure, acquire and apply problem solving and model based troubleshooting skills to resolve the practical NAND transistor issues to enhance the product quality.

 

Scope: In this project, the student will learn

Quality concept for manufacturing such as 6 sigma and CpKTroubleshooting the source of variations for inline and final param metricsProcess opportunities on param improvement

 

Deliverable:

Able to find out the root cause of param driftsAble to collaborate with other teams and work out the corrective and preventive actions to fix the param issueAble to analyze Special-work-request (SWR) report and conclude process tuning opportunities for param improvement

 

Skillset Require: Basic microelectronic knowledge such as transistor, capacitor, MOSFET etc. is good to have
