Summary

The Enerflex internship offers students a paid opportunity to work in an environment that fosters real-life experiences, explores career options, and applies your education. This internship will be based in Houston, TX. You will have exposure and the opportunity to broaden your skills through impactful work, mentored relationships, and will gain real world exposure to different projects on the Enerflex team.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties Under the supervision of the Applications Engineer the successful candidate can expect to:  Analyze Bid Costing and Process Maintain and Update bid database, analyze past opportunities and metrics Suggest and Implement Process Improvement  Communicate with clients and vendors  Assist Application Engineers with estimating Power Generation equipment Analyze different client requirements and specifications to understand cost impacts  Prepare reports/ presentations  Develop Excel based proposal tools Assist project engineers with project deliverables Qualifications Currently Erolled in an undergraduate program 2nd year of an Engineering degree complete (in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical or equivalent) Sophomore credit equivalency (30-59 hours)  GPA of 3.2 or higher.  Ability to work independently and with team Strong verbal and communication skills Strong Aptitude to learn new skills Proficient with Microsoft office with higher level excel capability Ability to complete a long-term internship with Enerflex Physical Requirements
