Overall:

Japan Private Equity team has 2 people (part of the broader Asia Private Equity team of 7 full time professionals + 3 university interns based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai) and covers primary fund investment, co-investment and secondary investment opportunities primarily in Japan and Korea.

Responsibilities:

Assist the team on daily workflowsMaintenance of quarterly performance informationDrafting portfolio monitoring commentaryTaking meeting minutesInputting data into internal databaseArranging meetingsWork on primary fund investment / co-investment projectsDrafting investment memorandumCreating NB modelAssist fundraising / marketing tasksPreparation of PowerPoint and Excel materials

Requirements:

Compliance of ethical and professional standards (e.g. compliance of confidentiality obligation)Excellent communication skills and a team playerHigh level of English and Japanese skillsBasic understanding of corporate finance and accountingAbility to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordPrior experience in financial industry is preferred

1,300円／時　+　交通費（一番経済的なルートを申請。月に上限50,000円まで）

 

働き方：

定時　平日8:40～17:10、残業平均0～20時間／月

※フルタイムで週５日など働き方になりますと社会保険や雇用保険加入の対象となりますので、働き方については事前に相談ください。

※在宅勤務可能なPC等の用意があれば状況に応じて自宅からの勤務も可能。

ただし業務の必要に応じて出勤できる状態であることをお願いします。
