Project Title:

Improve Probe FOUP Smart Rack performance and reliability through metrics tracking, tool data collection and analysis.

Project Description:

This project provides exposure to actual manufacturing environment and opportunity to learn the skills for effective problem solving.

Interns will be exposed to hands on troubleshooting and data analysis on Probe FOUP Smart Racks performance, errors and reliability issue.

Scope:

- To perform data mining and review weekly equipment performance metrics on Smart rack utilization and alarms.

- Support Engineer and Senior Technician in identifying opportunities for improvement through data mining and by performing experiments on the equipment, for example

- Conduct data collection on testing equipment to derive insights to equipment performance.

- Suggest ideas to improve tool performance.

- To develop metrics dashboards using python, tableau or other data visualization software.

- To fabricate jigs/fixtures/IoT devices to improve performance at low cost.
