Title: Smart Lithography Process Recipe Management Application

Description: Photolithography process is one of the most complex manufacturing processes, where a single process is managed by multiple sub-recipes. Unexpected changes on the process recipes can lead to significant yield and production impact. A robust and thorough management approach is desired in view of technology advancements. In this project, student will have hands-on experience to work on advanced industry-leading Photolithography tools, gain 1st hand experience on Semiconductor Fab system, and work with Process Engineering Team.

Scope: The project scope encompasses developing a smart application to perform recipe collection from various sources, recipe comparison algorithm, and a working user interface visualization dashboard.

Deliverable: Develop an end to end process recipe management application.

Skillset Requirement: Basic python app development, basic UNIX server navigation.
