Purchasing Interns will assist the Purchasing department with vendor management, contract negotiation and bid process. Purchasing Interns will receive exposure to the Purchasing function including identifying new vendors, pricing, and community take-offs. This position will shadow/assist the Purchasing Team with the following duties:

•    Set up and maintain purchasing data
•    Work with Community Set-Up team to clarify scope of work and bid requests
•    Evaluate and manage trade partners
•    Resolve vendor questions

Ideal candidate will be someone actively pursuing a degree in Business and possess a strong desire to pursue a career in the homebuilding industry.
