 As a member of the Human Resources Team, the Recruitment Marketing Intern will be primarily responsible for helping to execute strategies designed to communicate “Why Syneos Health” to talent from the life sciences industry. You will bring new ideas and tactics to the forefront to attract and retain the best of the best.

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through high-quality, authentic storytelling  Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns Social media content creation  

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or a similar field of studyEmployment branding, recruitment marketing and/or social media marketing knowledge and/or experienceHigh attention to detail and  excellent communication skillsCandidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’25 semesters.  The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).  The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
