Complete studies on current and future product formulation and provide data and recommendations based on findings Provide support to R&D team with pilot and commercial trials for La Colombe’s canned draft lattes Perform analytical testing on coffee/coffee products. Analyze data and interpret results Using systems to their maximum potential and make reporting effective, efficient, timely, accurate, and insightful Analyze current developmental processes; develop and implement ideas for improvement Develop performance standards & metrics; implement analysis and reporting processes to monitor operational performance Other duties as assignedRequirements
Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Food Science, Business or related field Possesses interest in working food manufacturing Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills Students with a minimum of one year of major specific classes, preferred Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to loud, hot, cold, or wet environments Ability to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs for eight hours per dayAbout Us
