Intern Retail Project Management - Montenapoleone Store Opening

Tiffany & Co. is looking for a Project Manager Intern that will work in the Southern Europe Retail team to support the development of the new Flagship store in Milan in Via Montenapoleone. 

What will you do?

Manage project timelines in an agile and fast context Assist and participate in identifying requirements, determining project scope and deliverables, setting priorities Support and manage planning, reports, deck creation, timing analysis (GANNT, placeholders) Constantly update decks, GANNT, calendars, timing, agenda, placeholders Timely follow up and updates cross departments to meet deadlines Ensure the correct progress of the project schedule through regular meetings Research for new suppliers and support in daily operations: new supplier registration, manage the order and the delivery Work closely with all departments involved in the project (Retail, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, CRM), plan and manage day to day activities

Relevant qualifications and skills to have:

Ability in Project Management (Project Management or Engineering degree is a plus) Previous experience in the role, luxury/retail experience is considered as a plus Love and knowledge for Retail and luxury Industry Analytical skills, High flexibility and reactivity Solution-minded approach and ability to work for priorities Passion to work in a multinational company, developing interpersonal skills Fluent English, Italian and/or other languages are considered as a plus

Internship details:

Duration: 6 months Starting date: January 2024 Location: Milan, Largo Augusto 8 (Tiffany headquarter) Full time (40 hours per week) Monthly compensation: 1.000 € gross  Meal voucher per day
