The Global Risk Management Function consists of approx. 50 FTE in over ten different countries. The department is structured in 6 teams covering the different investment risk areas, regions, operational risks, and governance topics. You will support the Global Risk Function in areas around project and change management, risk reporting as well as maintaining and further developing the risk management framework.

 

What you will do

 

Assist in project management tasks, including meeting preparation and documentation, as well as monitoring project outcomes and progress Participate in the implementation of new regulatory requirements Prepare internal presentations Contribute to the development of strategies for emerging risk areas, such as ESG, Cybersecurity, and AI Support regular and ad-hoc risk reporting to governance bodies, decision-makers, and external stakeholders Aid in creating solutions and tools to streamline and automate risk management processes.

 

What you bring

 

A strong academic background in Economics, Finance, or a MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, and Technology) discipline Initial experience in Asset Management, Risk Management, and/or Consulting is advantageous Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a meticulous and analytical approach to work Enthusiasm to learn and contribute Hands-on mentality Interest in bringing innovative ideas to concrete results Proficiency in English and German.
