Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering intern for an on-the-job training program. This is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in process optimization, workflow documentation, and collaborative problem-solving within a dynamic environment. The intern will work closely with our teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of more efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive process maps and document current workflows.Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions.Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.Support the team in data collection and analysis to inform process improvement initiatives.Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a major in Industrial Engineering.Proficient in process flow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Google Diagram) and other applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps.Capable of collaborating effectively with teams to create process maps, document current workflows, and propose optimized solutions.Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities.
