Our program offers 12-weeks of work experience (May 20 – Aug. 9) Competitive salary Executive and peer networking opportunities Independent and team project experiences Philanthropic activities Career development Opportunity to apply for full-time career positions Job Description Provide project leadership and coordination support to the development of digital automation solutions (RPA) Learn how to process requirements for automation, clarify the inputs and expected outputs and create the necessary automation documentation Assisting with project plans, requirements definition, documentation, vendor management and support of automation deliverables Assess processes for automation and make recommendations on which processes should be automated Articulate the need to have business processes well-documented as part of automation solutioning and support the business in the development of their process documentation Assist with facilitating meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules and materials, following-up on action items, organizing and distributing project related documentation Collaborate with process owners to understand and validate automation requirements Summarize and formulate viable recommendations for the improvement of business processes, operations, and internal controls Qualifications Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship. Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA. Junior or Senior classification preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required. Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently or in a team setting. Previous internships are considered a plus.
