Intern - Sales Planning (New York, NY)

Summary

The Sales Planning Internship will allow the successful candidate to develop their leadership and business communication skills while analyzing market trends to inform recommendations that will drive volume and share growth. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience managing multiple projects for a leading brand in the food industry.

Responsibilities

•    Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Chobani’s Away From Home product portfolio, key usages and differentiation vs competition •    Derive actionable insights around the Foodservice operator landscape from internal and industry resources including Circana, Mintel, Datassential and Cleveland Research Company •    Support execution of key critical initiatives aimed at driving better business performance, including supporting sales activities and distributor success •    Partner with internal functions such as Commercialization, NPD and Marketing to implement channel strategies from development to execution to performance tracking •    Utilize Chobani Commercial Growth pillars to develop channel-specific recommendations for optimized execution against 4p’s •    Create materials to share relevant business updates with internal stakeholders •    Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•    Working towards a Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in an accredited university •    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills •    Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment •    Detailed and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines •    Interest in consumer-packaged goods industry •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools •    Ability to be on-site in our Soho, NY office up to 4 days a week
