This year, the internship will focus on contributing to three critical projects: the Product Knowledge (PK) Simplification Project, Competitor SWOT Analysis, and the Sales Competencies Framework. This role offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to work alongside our Learning and Development team, providing valuable contributions to initiatives that drive sales team success. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Product Knowledge Simplification Project:** + Conduct research and develop Product Knowledge Simplification Sheets to streamline product information for sales teams. + Create cheat sheets summarizing key product features, benefits, value propositions, elevator pitches, and competitive awareness for each product. **Competitor SWOT Analysis:** + Research key competitors and develop detailed SWOT analyses to help sales teams better differentiate our products. + Highlight competitive advantages and opportunities for leveraging product strengths against competitors’ weaknesses. **Sales Competencies Framework:** + Support the ongoing refinement and development of the Sales Competencies Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales team needs. **Process Optimization:** + Identify areas for improvement within the sales training process and propose actionable solutions. + Assist in implementing enhancements to improve the efficiency and impact of training programs. **Support for Sales Training Events:** + Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training events for sales teams. + Provide logistical support to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + **Educational Background:** A rising junior or senior currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. + **Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with remote colleagues and cross-functional teams. + **Initiative:** Able to take direction, demonstrate initiative, and work independently to complete assigned tasks. + **Detail-Oriented:** Strong attention to detail and follow-through on projects and tasks. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based storage platforms, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams), and Learning & Development software is a plus. + **Relevant Coursework/Experience:** Classes or experience in project management, marketing/sales, visual or learning design, research, survey design, and internal communications are highly desirable. + **Sales Experience:** Prior sales experience and an understanding of the sales process is a plus. + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Primary Location** : US-NJ-Lebanon **Job Type** : HR **Req ID:** 2500013
