The Purpose of the Role
Reach objectives in terms of contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance. Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and budget.Maintains customer satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issuesReviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actionsEnsures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levelsParticipate in the estimate review process before jobs or contracts are achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policyEnsures service contracts, additional works, and small service projects are resourced properlyActively discourage silo mentalities and attitudesWhere applicable, ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheldPerform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems, and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in naturePerform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other service techniciansTo get technical training, coaching, and work direction from other service engineer’s technicians, and subcontractors.Qualification:
Ability to effectively communicate in English Should be a Saudi national.Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six\nmonthsShould not be currently employed.Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program
