Job Description As an SQA Student Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NOA Service Assurance Department's operations during a period oforganizational restructuring and automation implementation. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting the team with problem ticket
management, data consolidation, and the development of a unified online platform.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Ticket Management:Create and monitor problem tickets.Update ticket status and supporting initiatives/projects.Data Consolidation:Collect and consolidate data from various sources.Prepare initial reports based on predefined templates.Platform Development:Contribute to the development of a unified online platform.Assist in automating SQA performance dashboards, metrics, reports, and operational requirements.Data Analysis:Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings.Equal Opportunity Employer
