About the Internship: At Volvo, we work with talents. With the support of a dedicated mentor, you’ll have the chance to learn, grow, and contribute to real IT project and team. You’ll join the TSAOne (Truck Information System) team, working on an IBM i platform that manages service contracts for Volvo vehicles.
You don't know what IBMi is? Don't worry. We will teach you everything you need to know, and we promise it will be an exciting adventure.
What awaits you during the internship? gaining basic knowledge of IBM i platform and its programming languages handling support cases in ServiceNow from internal and external users supporting the IBM i hosted application creating and managing documentation suggesting areas for improvements collaborating with various stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals to accelerate your growth If you are: interested in IBM i technology or already have some experience in this area a quick learner of new technical and soft skills who enjoys sharing knowledge an open-minded and honest team player comfortable when working in distributed teams If you have: a student status and can commit at least 20h per week for an internship analytical and problem-solving skills an experience in any programming language (as advantage) at least basic SQL knowledge good knowledge of English, both spoken and written basic knowledge of relational databases......
