Responsibilities of the Role

Performs all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or managerLearns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes, in the respective area.Assists other qualified personnel in their roles with administrative responsibilities, this support is vital for ensuring efficiency and smooth completion of tasks.Supports in the implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines and principles (e.g. CRM, Project Business Excellence, Digitalization).Supports strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (e.g. market and competitor analyses, due diligence, benchmarking).Provides support in marketing and communications activities.Produces reports and briefings.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma/Degree in marketing, business or similar.Microsoft Office know-how in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.A minimum of 1 year experience in online marketing and digital engagement tools.

Applied understanding of basic marketing principlesFamiliarity with major business social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)Creative problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyComfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
