POSITION SUMMARY: This summer internship provides the opportunity to work closely with our supply chain team to assist in various projects relating to lead time validation and cycle count accuracy. This is a great opportunity for hands-on experience in the supply chain field. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Assist in 1-2 major projects that will progress forward during time in role. + Will also be assigned additional smaller projects or routine responsibilities to develop professional work knowledge and abilities. + Perform assignments designed to develop cross-functional team experience. + Work cross functionally to validate internal manufacturing lead times and ensure MRP system accuracy. + Identify, implement, and track a project to improve inventory tracking accuracy. QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be pursuing bachelor’s in business administration, supply chain, or another related field. Candidate shall have completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. + Strong analytical skills, demonstration of leadership capabilities and professional maturity. Demonstrated confidence, excellent communication and writing skills. + Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.
