Intern Supply Chain support

Fixed-term contract – 6 months – Location: Iasi

What will you do?

Handle supply orders for Ecolab GMBH Austria and Nalco Austria entities, processing them in the E-Transport system by generating UIT codes.Ensure the processing of sales invoices in the E-Invoice system for the Nalco Austria entity.Provide support to the Supply Chain and Customer Service departments.Monitor goods receipts in the EBS and transmit UIT codes to freight suppliers.Assist in issuing monthly reports for UIT code statistics.

What are the requirements?

Education: High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience: Min 1 year work experience in customer service, supply chain or related fields is considered an advantageCollaboration Skills: Ability to network and collaborate across different departments.Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using computer operations, office softwareLanguage Skills: Native/fluent in Romanian. English – B1 level
