Visteon is looking for a BS or MS Electrical or Software Engineering student to work 8 to 14 weeks on projects as a System Product Owner (SYS PO).

Key Objectives of this Role: Clearly define the goals and objectives of the position and how they align with the overall goals of the organization.

Learn Product Development Process and deliverables Preparation for System Engineering Gate Reviews Preparation for Customer Specific Sample Deliveries Preparation for Program Gate Reviews Coordination of Prototype builds for on time delivery Identify improvement areas

 

Key Performance Indicators: KPIs that will be used to evaluate the performance of the individual in the role, including metrics related to team performance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Weekly progress report of assigned tasks Successful completion of Gates and evidence of deliverables Delivery of Prototype builds as per plan Feedback from stakeholders

 

Key Deliverables: Metrics and outcomes that the individual will be expected to deliver by the end of the internship.

Evidence showing full understanding of assigned processes and tasks to be able to lead a Project as a SYS PO Prepare Presentation summarizing accomplished tasks aligned with the objective assignment Deliver Presentation to various levels of management including the Executive Leadership.
