Chobani is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Based in our vibrant SoHo, NYC office, this intern will gain hands-on experience across key aspects of talent acquisition, including TA Operations, Recruiting Coordination, and Talent Sourcing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about people, and eager to learn the intricacies of recruiting in a fast-paced, innovative company. This role will provide valuable exposure to the end-to-end recruiting process, helping to shape a positive candidate experience and supporting the growth of Chobani’s diverse workforce.
Responsibilities• Assist in the management and improvement of TA processes and systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting experience.
• Support the TA team in handling candidate data, tracking metrics, and generating reports on hiring activity and recruitment KPIs.
•Help maintain and update internal recruitment systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate interviews and meetings with hiring managers and candidates, including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing applicant flow on various platforms.
• Work with recruiters to facilitate background checks, offer letters, and other pre-employment processes.
• Partner with recruiters to identify and engage top talent across a variety of roles, with a focus on building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Conduct market research and assist with talent mapping for hard-to-fill roles.
•Use creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment tools, to identify potential candidates.
• Participate in sourcing projects aimed at improving the overall efficiency of candidate identification
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to be on-site in our Soho, NY office up to 4 days a week.

Compensation Range: $29.00 - $31.00, plus bonus.
